PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitatively determining a useful endocrine disruptor. SOLUTION: The method for quantitatively determining the endocrine disruptor comprises the steps of: measuring an absorption spectrum of an ultraviolet wavelength region of a solution in which the endocrine disruptor such as a bisphenol, nonylphenol, tetramethylbutylphenol or a bis2-ethylhexane phthalate is dissolved in a mixed solvent of an organic solvent and a water, forming a working curve based on its maximum absorption intensity, measuring a concentration of the endocrine disruptor by using the curve, and quantitatively determining the endocrine disruptor.
