FIELD: control over active action on various clouds to prevent hail damage and cause precipitation. SUBSTANCE: aircraft meteorological complex for active action on clouds has means of active action, equipment measuring parameters of atmosphere and automated system recording and processing measurement results located aboard aircraft. Aboard aircraft there are also mounted system to receive and transmit data incorporating radio station and radio modem, unit controlling airborne means of active action on clouds. Control unit incorporates processor with color video terminal and control desk. Aircraft meteorological complex also includes ground station controlling flight and active action on clouds which has meteorological radar and computer functionally coupled to it to which output system to receive and transmit data is connected.
