A flexible control device of the push-pull type for mechanical power transmissions; the device comprises a flexible member (12) provided by a plurality of cup-shaped elements (17) having a central hole (18); a pull cable (19) is passing through the aligned holes (18) of the cup-shaped elements (17)which freely slide within a sheath (21). Each cup-shaped element (17) comprises semi-spherical inner surface (23), and a partially spherical outer surface (24) meshing with a cylindrical outer surface (25) along the front edge of the cup-shaped element (17).
