<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impose sanctions to an unauthorized user without causing trouble for well-intentioned users of KARAOKE in the case of unauthorized use of a KARAOKE machine. <P>SOLUTION: The KARAOKE machine outputs KARAOKE accompaniment music and lyric images by video images and sounds, plays songs by processing KARAOKE data and is provided with a point setting means that sets an initial value of an operation allowance points to various functions existing in parallel with a video and acoustic processing, a point subtraction means that subtracts the operation allowance points by prescribed rules based on a use state of the KARAOKE machine and a means that properly limits performance of the prescribed functions according to the operation allowance points. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
