PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable body guide system capable of obtaining various pieces of information including congestion state not only for a vehicle but also in every case without requiring the arrangement of a facility even in the occurrence of a change or addition in a zone. SOLUTION: This movable body guide system comprises a movable body communication terminal having communicating function capable of detecting its own present position, which is used by a user, and a management device for acquiring position information and terminal information from the movable body communication terminal to manage the movable body communication terminal. An area setting means can geographically set at least one specified area of an optional size and monitor it. A calculating means acquires the position information and terminal information of movable body communication terminals to calculate the number of movable body communication terminals in the specified area set by the area setting means. A determination means determines the congestion state in the specified area based on the number of movable body communication terminal and a preset specified threshold. A reporting means reports proper information to the movable body communication terminal concerned or a specified announcement means based on the congestion state determined by the determination means.
