摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate discharge that has been generated between the electrode members and to improve reliability against micro-vibrations or the like for a long time by firmly jointing the electrode member to the insulating pole. SOLUTION: The insulating pole is made of two circular ring shape metal members arranged opposed to each other, and comprises an electrode member 2 which penetrates respectively in the circular ring part vertically and has a circular cross section and of which through hole is formed n pieces (n is 2 or more integer) at approximately equal intervals, n pieces of insulating poles 1 of circular pole shape of which both top ends are jointed respectively to the facing main face of the two electrode members 2 so that the center axis may be coaxial with the center axis of the through hole, and a metal jointing member 6 which is made nearly circular pole shape that is formed with a cross sectionally circular protrusion in the center of one top end and is inserted in the through hole and of which outer circumference is brazed on the side wall of the through hole and the top end of the protrusion is brazed on the top end of the insulating pole 1.
