PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reliable CCTV-utilized system capable of satisfactorily detecting an event generated extending over the monitoring sections of a plurality of cameras. SOLUTION: This CCTV-utilized system using image processing comprises a plurality of cameras, a road image processor and a plurality of display devices. The road image processor has an image analyzing function, an event detecting function and a display control function, and detects events generated in the monitoring sections of the cameras by processing the images of the cameras by each function. The road image processor 2 has an integrated processing function 8, and performs the event detecting processing to the result of the association of the vehicle information measured in the monitoring sections of the plurality of cameras by the integrated processing function.
