PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a swing check valve capable of certainly preventing the occurrence of a chattering phenomenon even in the case where a small flow rate and small pulsation compete with each other. SOLUTION: A valve body 2 is constituted of a main body part 4a and a movable part 4b smaller in a closed area proportion against a channel 1c than the main body part 4a and this movable body 4b is arranged free to oscillate through a hinge 4c against the main body part 4a making contact with a valve seat 2 on the swing check valve furnished with the valve body 4 to open the channel 1c in accordance with a flow rate of fluid at a position of the channel 1c between an inlet 1a and an outlet 1b in a valve casing 1 and to close the channel 1c by making contact with the valve seat 2 when the flow rate becomes zero.
