PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting mechanism equipped with vibration isolation function wherein a cabinet housing an electric apparatus is comparatively easily moved and installed to a moving body having a narrow internal space. SOLUTION: In the mounting mechanism, the cabinet housing the electric apparatus is mounted to the moving body, the stand having a moving means is fixed to the bottom of the cabinet via vibration isolation function and the stand is provided with a fixing frame part fixed to the installation base projected from the floor part of the moving body to the upper part.
