PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting method and structure of an outdoor cover onto a building opening having no problem of water leakage due to shortage of sealing area and seepage from respective interlayers and excellent in cutting-off effect and durability. SOLUTION: A slide sleeve 14 is inserted in a fixing sleeve 12 to form a sleeve unit, and the sleeve unit is arranged in a position of an opening of a building, and a recess 26 is formed at the outside face of the wall body 10. A collared outdoor cover 18 is arranged apart from a space 30 between the collar 20 of the collared outdoor cover 18 and the wall body at the front end of the slide sleeve 14 protruded from the wall body 10, and a sealing material 32 is filled in the recess 26 and the space 30 to firmly stick the collared outdoor cover 18.
