摘要 PURPOSE: An adjacent latch mechanism using an impact rebound crash stop for a lamp loading disk drive outside a disk is provided to stably maintain parking of a recording and playback head. CONSTITUTION: An adjacent latch mechanism includes an impact rebound crash stop(216) rotatively moving centering on a pivot(218) between upper and lower yokes of an actuator magnet assembly. The impact rebound crash stop includes a latch bias tap(210) magnetically attracted to a voice coil magnet(32). The attraction of the magnet strongly moves the impact rebound crash stop to the pivot. The movement makes the impact rebound crash stop touch with a crash stop site and makes a pusher(212) touch with a pusher site(224). The pusher site and the crash stop site are on a tail of an actuator.
