METHOD FOR SUPPLYING AND DISPOSING REDUCING GAS OF TEMPERING FURNACE WITH CATALYTIC COMBUSTION REACTION, AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for supplying and disposing reducing gas of a tempering furnace with a catalytic combustion reaction, and an apparatus thereof are provided to substantially reduce energy consumption by simultaneously supplying reducing gas into the tempering furnace and treating waste gas discharged using catalytic combustion method. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a plurality of catalytic burners(11) mounted on the furnace main body(10) for tempering to which dehumidified reducing waste gas inlet pipe(16) and reducing waste gas exhaust pipe(15) are connected; a gas supply pipe(12) for supplying fuel gas into the catalytic burners(11) mounted on the furnace main body(10); an air supply pipe(18) for supplying air to the catalytic burners(11); a catalytic heat exchanger(20) connected to the air supply pipe(18) and reducing gas exhaust pipe(15) to emit the clean gas to the outside by preheating air and treating the reducing gas into clean gas at the same time; a cooler(17) connected to the reducing gas exhaust pipe(15) to cool reducing waste gas exhausted; a dehumidifier(30) for injecting the dehumidified reducing gas into the furnace main body(10) again through the reducing waste gas inlet pipe(16) by dehumidifying the reducing gas cooled by the cooler(17); and a controller(40) for controlling temperature, flux and pressure of the furnace main body(10) and catalytic heat exchanger(20).
