摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material with higher electric conductivity than a lanthanum chromite based ceramic material and its manufacturing method, and to provide an inter connector using this material. <P>SOLUTION: The electric conductive ceramics are comprised of (La<SB>1-x</SB>M<SB>x</SB>) TiO<SB>3</SB>&plusmn;<SB>&delta;</SB>(in the formula, M is at least one element selected from Sr, Ba, and Ca; 0&le;x&le;1.0), and Sc<SB>m</SB>Mg<SB>n</SB>Ti<SB>(2-m-n)</SB>O<SB>3</SB>&plusmn;<SB>&delta;</SB>(in the formula, 0&le;m&le;1.0, 0&le;n&le;1.0; m+n=1.0), and a method for manufacturing the ceramic in a reducing atmosphere is provided, and the inter connector 12 is manufactured with the ceramic.
