<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nominal list system enabling only a person entitled to acquire information to acquire real-time personal information at the present time. <P>SOLUTION: This nominal list system has a nominal list medium 1 in which names and ID codes of a plurality of persons are described, a server 2 having databases 2a and 2b including the attribute information for the plurality of persons, and an information terminal device 3 for optically reading an ID code from the nominal list medium and transmitting it to the server.
