<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic timepiece capable of maintaining stable the installation state of electronic circuit board itself or electronic circuit parts mounted on the electronic circuit substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A movement 1 is provided with a ground plate 2 made of an electrically insulating material, a step motor 10, a train wheel 4, and a train wheel bearing supporting the train wheel 4. An electronic circuit board 20 where an electronic circuit part 22 controlling the rotation period of the step motor 10 is attached at the end of a coil magnetic core 12 of the step motor 10, and the relatively large electronic circuit part 22 is arranged with overlapping in a plane with the coil magnetic core 12. Thus, attachment of the electronic circuit board 20 formed with synthetic resin film and the like to the coil magnetic core 12 is surely attained and the mounted state of the electronic circuit part 22 can be stably maintained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
