PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly type air shower device for preventing the dust or the like contained in the air from leaking outside the device as much as possible, and facilitating the disassembly and the assembly thereof. SOLUTION: This air shower device 100 comprises a base forming unit 110, a lower stage unit 120, a middle stage unit 130, an upper stage unit 140, a side part unit 150, a ceiling unit 160, and a door unit 170 in an assembling/ disassembling manner. A pre-filter 126 and a main filter 136 are disposed on the upstream side of a suction fan 146. The pressure in space parts 114, 124, and 134 becomes negative to prevent the air containing the dust in the space parts 114, 124, and 134 from flowing out of the device from disassembly parts. No seal mechanism or the like need not be provided on the disassembled parts, the configuration can be simplified, and the disassembly and assembly are facilitated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
