PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid-containing resin composition excellent in flexibility, having transparency and less in bleeding-out, and to provide a molding and a film or sheet comprising the polylactic acid-containing resin composition. SOLUTION: The polylactic acid-containing resin composition comprises (A) polylactic acid and (B) a polymer essentially comprising an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester unit, where the weight-average molecular weight of the polymer (B) is≤30,000.
