<p>PURPOSE: An apparatus for separating a large amount of iron contained in granulated slag released from blast furnace of steel mill is provided. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an iron powder separation part(10) comprising inner and outer wheels vertically installed at the lower side of a dropping point of screw belt, upper and lower bodies of revolution which are arranged at the inner side of the inner and outer wheels, and a plurality of which are continuously arranged along the wheels so that the upper and lower bodies of revolution are rotated to a certain angle, and magnetic plate(20) installed between the bodies of revolution to separate iron powder from the granulated slag; an iron powder magnetic plate induction part which is installed inside the inner wheel of the iron powder separation part(10) in such a way that the iron powder magnetic plate induction part is rotated, ascended and descended, and on the upper part of which a blade(32) is integrally formed to induce the iron powder to the side of the magnetic plate(20) during dropping of granulated slag; and an iron powder magnetic plate separation part(50) comprising scraper(54) which is installed on the outer wall of the magnetic plate(20) in such a way that the scraper(54) is ascended and descended, and at the lower part of which a guide(52) for guiding the iron powder separated from the magnetic plate(20) is integrally installed.</p> |
