PURPOSE: A flying appliance for amusement is provided to enable identification even in the night time and double the fun and interest of a user by having a luminous portion with an improved visual recognition due to a widened luminous region so that the luminous portion keeps its flight stability. CONSTITUTION: The appliance comprises: a circumference portion(30) surrounding an opening(38) of a central region; a luminous portion(10) prepared on the central region of the opening and generating light; and a plurality of light pipe conduits(20) connecting the luminous portion(10) and the circumference portion(30) and guiding the light generated from the luminous portion(10) so as to be recognizable from the outside.
