FIELD: railway transport; permanent way. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanization of track facilities and it can be used at laying track lengths or carrying out operations of heat stress relief of tracks. Proposed device contains frame, running wheels, two movable bogies installed for longitudinal displacement relative to frame and nut runners with vertically movable socket wrenches and with members probing location of nuts mounted on bogies. Each bogie is furnished with rail clamps and is coupled with frame by travel-motion including hydraulic cylinder connected with probing members. Running wheels are arranged on frame, and bogie travel-motion is furnished with mechanical train coupled with hydraulic cylinder, installed along frame and provided with two links symmetrically movable in opposite directions and connected, each, with its bogie. Invention provides uniform stopless movement of device frame and simultaneous movement of bogies with nut runners in different directions, their stopping and reversing.
