<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a mobile printing system which avoids unintended printing in a relocated position. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile printing system, in a printing environment through LANs, in which a printer 2 connected to a network 4 and a printer 3 connected to a network 5 are provided, and a mobile device 1 is connectable to the respective printers. In this environment, there are provided: a position detection means which detects the positional information on the mobile device 1; a position storage means which stores the positional information detected with the position detection means on the last occasion; a print control means which compares the positional information from the position detection means with the positional information stored in the position storage means and controls whether print data are to be issued, based on the result of the comparison; and a print data issuance means which issues the print data to the printer. With this constitution, if one attempts to print from the mobile device in a relocated position, the print data are prevented from being transmitted, so that unintended printing can be avoided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
