PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated material for a secondary cell case and the secondary cell case with excellent vapor permeation resistant property, without generating whitening and crack in drawing process, and without apprehension of delamination with a passage of time. SOLUTION: The laminated material for the secondary cell is formed by laminating a resin film 2 for external cover and a chemically treated aluminum foil 3 through an adhesive agent layer 5, and by laminating the chemically treated aluminum foil 3 and a sealant film 4 through a primer layer 6. The sealant film 4 is formed by blending polypropylene containingα-olefin by 2-10 wt.%, random copolymer ofα-olefin, and elastomer and/or polybutene.
