PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transferring device capable of reducing a load of a network connecting communication devices together. SOLUTION: In receipt of a response to be transferred to a Web browser 3 from a Web server 3, a cache server 2 forms a fingerprint to the response instead of transferring the response, stores the fingerprint and response data included in the response from the Web server 3 while associating them with each other, and generates a redirect response to URL including the fingerprint and own host name to transmit it to the Web browser 5. Subsequently, when a request message to the URL including the fingerprint and own host name is received from the Web browser 5, a response including response data stored in association with the fingerprint is formed to be transmitted to the Web browser 5.
