PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure governor, capable of improving sealing property by suppressing the remaining deformation of a flexible membrane, when a valve is closed. SOLUTION: A central part 40c of a contact surface 40 for a flexible membrane 4 of a support body S is formed with a shape, to permit a central part 4b of the flexible membrane 4 to preferentially deform toward the direction moving away from a valve seat 3.
