PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent particles from adhering to the seal surface of a gasket even if a gasket holder formed by installing the gasket on a sheet body is placed on a work stand. SOLUTION: In this gasket holder for holdingly fitting the gasket 2 to the sheet body 1, cutouts are formed in a part of the sheet body 1, and support legs 4 bent and raised from the cutouts toward both face sides of the sheet body 1 are provided thereon, whereby since the sheet body 1 is kept in a state raised from the work stand by the support legs 4 when the gasket holder is placed on the work stand, the particles are prevented from adhering to the seal surface of the gasket 2 fitted to the sheet body.
