PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and improve an assembling property by making a common use of one switch button even in cases where the distance from a mounting substrate and an outer package differs, if only the switch buttons are of the same shape as seen from top (an actuator pressing a push switch). SOLUTION: A contact face which puts on a push switch of a switch button is to have staircase steps or an angle not parallel with a mounting substrate and a contact part of a leg to the mounting substrate for deciding the height of from the surface of the mounting substrate is to have staircase steps or an angle not parallel with the mounting substrate. The mounting substrate is provided with substrate holes of a plurality of sizes according to heights of the switch buttons, which are to be selected by hole diameters and positions of the substrate as the legs of the switch buttons are inserted into the substrate holes.
