PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the lid from opening when recording information on a recording medium in a water-proof electronic device. SOLUTION: This electronic device is provided with the main body 3 in which an information recording medium is loaded, a case having a lid 4 which can turn between the closed position to seal the main body and the opened position to open the main body, a pusher 7 to press the lid to the main body at the closed position of the lid, a reproduction means to reproduce the information recorded on the medium loaded inside the main body and a recording/ reproducing means to record information on it, and a turn limiter 22 to regulate the turn of the lid even if the pressure of the pusher is removed from the lid when reproducing the information on the medium by using the reproducing means.
