METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR VARYING DIGITS OF SUBSCRIBER NUMBER

PURPOSE: A method and system for varying the digits of a subscriber number is provided to vary subscriber numbers. CONSTITUTION: A system(100) for varying the digits of a subscriber number comprises a signal processing part(10), a variation function part(20), and a subscriber database(30). The system(100) exists between an originating system(200) and a terminating system(300). If a signal is received from the originating system(200) through an upper station(400), the system(100) executes variation for the received signal and transmits it to the terminating system(300) through the upper station(400). The signal processing part(10) receives a digit signal from the originating system(200) and transfers it to the variation function part(20). The variation function part(20) receives digits from the signal processing part(10) and recognizes the received digits as a subscriber number if the received digits are within the range of preset digits. The subscriber database(30) stores necessary data to judge whether a received subscriber number is valid.
