PURPOSE: A pipe composite is provided to remove scale and rust from the inside of a water treatment pipe by using a metal, a compound metal, and a mineral. CONSTITUTION: An outer metal of a pipe includes of copper, brass, or zinc, which is low in ionization tendency. An inner metal of the pipe includes zinc, magnesium, copper, or brass, which is larger in ionization tendency than the outer metal.
