PURPOSE: Structure for connecting a body-mounting bracket onto a body of a vehicle is provided to improve the joining strength and the whole stiffness and to improve the amenity of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: Structure for connecting a body-mounting bracket onto a body of a vehicle includes the body(10) of the vehicle comprising a floor panel(12) forming the lower body of the vehicle and a sill side inner panel; a body-mounting bracket(20) mounted to the lower part of the body; and a reinforcing panel(30) contacting with the body-mounting bracket and having a middle part(34) and joining parts(36). In the body-mounting bracket, a through hole(24), to which a bolt is fixed, is bored in the middle portion and the sides(20a) are joined to the lower part of the floor panel, and the other sides crossing with the sides are joined to the lower part of the floor panel and the lower part of the sill side inner panel. In the middle part, a through hole, communicating with the through hole of the bracket, is bored. The joining parts are bent up to the sides of the middle part and are in accord with the shape of the sides of the body-mounting bracket. The joining parts are welded between the body and the body-mounting bracket.
