<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an adhesiveness of a grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having no forsterite film, to a tension-imparting type insulative film. <P>SOLUTION: The method for forming the insulative film superior in adhesiveness on the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet is characterized by forming an intermediate film on the grain-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet, through applying a dispersion liquid of crystalline colloidal particles having a higher pH than 6 and drying it or baking it, and then forming a tension-imparting type insulative film by coating a particular liquid and baking it. The method produces a grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet having an extremely low core loss, because it can form the tension-imparting type insulative film having superior adhesiveness even on the grain-oriented magnetic steel sheet having no forsterite film, of which the magnetic domain is fragmented by groove formation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
