<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for supporting structured document creation capable of simply creating an XML document with high accuracy by natural text input based on a user-inputted text. <P>SOLUTION: The method for supporting structured document creating by text input using schema template has: a step for analyzing the structure of first text input, a step for deriving a similarity between the structure of first text input and the partial structure of each schema template, a step for deciding and presenting schema template candidates based on the similarity, a step for selecting one from the schema template candidates presented, and a step for extracting a structured document, based on a structuring transform rule being set to associate with the selected schema template, from second text input to the schema template. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
