PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhaust a harmless exhaust gas for an environment by decomposing dioxin, harmful gas or the like of exhaust gas by downwardly reversing and circulating the exhaust gas under high atmospheric temperature. SOLUTION: The exhaust gas generated by burning an article to be burned at a fuel burning part 18 is fed below the fuel burning part 18 by a blasting system. It is passed through a deposition part of burning fuel and is advanced to a flue 17. Thereby, the exhaust gas received thermal attack by a burning heat of the fuel to decompose a harmful component such as dioxin or the like. A sum of four blasting pipes 15c, 15d, 16c, 16d of respective sub-blasting systems 15, 16 and two blasting pipes 14g, 14l of a main blasting system 14 are disposed at the fuel burning part 18. Gas is suctioned from an upper space of the fuel burning part 18 by these blasting pipes to be returned to the fuel burning part and promotes stirring at the fuel burning part 18 to efficiently execute a heat treatment to the exhaust gas.
