PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grooved decorative plate which is inexpensive and excellent in designability, in a decorative material on which a decorative sheet composed of base paper, a printed layer and a protective layer is stuck on a base material and in which a groove is formed by cutting. SOLUTION: A colored sheet similar to groove coloring paint is used for the base paper 3 of the decorative sheet for being stuck, so that a colored part of a decorative-sheet base paper section 7 can exert an effect similar to groove painting 5, even if groove coloring painting is not applied when the groove 6 is deep enough to reach the base paper 3 of the decorative sheet, and so that the colored part of the section 7 can be similar to the groove painting 5 in the performance of the groove coloring painting after the formation of the groove 6 when the groove 6 is deep enough to reach even a part of the base material.
