PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time up to the completion of the curing of an adhesive while ensuring a uniform holddown extensively over a wide region at a stretch. SOLUTION: A holddown mat 11 directly working to the top faces of porous rubber mats 3 is installed on the rear side of a plate 13 as a weight with a suspending section 15 suspended by a crane car 17 as a service car for a suspension while hot air or dry air such as high-temperature vapor is blown off towards the porous rubber mats 3 from a dry-air blowoff port 29 under the state in which the porous rubber mats 3 are held down by the holddown mat 11.
