PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that foreign matters, e.g. the sediment of paper stock is stuck to a suction box inside the wire loop of a paper-making machine and paper-making equipment, e.g. wheel doctor holders and becomes lumps when dried, and the sediment frequently scatters and falls down to the wires and go around together with the wires; the water-sucking power of a water- sucking machine, e.g. the suction box is lowered at the places on which foreign matters stay, and consequently, the dehydration of a wet paper sheet is lowered and paper breakage is induced. SOLUTION: Water sprayers are installed on important points in the wire loop to always spray water all over the impartment points to inhibit foreign matters from adhering and wash off them, when they stick to, and thereby the paper breakage caused by unsatisfactory dehydration from the wet paper sheet can be inhibited.
