PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a web with more highly unidirectionally arranged filaments. SOLUTION: A web production machine comprises a melt blow die 3 parallel arranged with many nozzles 2 via which a molten polymer is extruded as filaments 4 and a meshy conveyor 1 for collecting the filaments 4 extruded via the nozzles 2 and conveying them, and a blower 7 located at the reverse face side the filament-collecting surface of the conveyor 1, wherein the blower 7 is set up with its blow port 7a turned upward and provided swingably about the swing center O parallel to the row direction of the nozzles 2.
