摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a sintered member with a bore superior in coaxiality accuracy. SOLUTION: When manufacturing the sintered member by performing a primary compression molding and a secondary compression molding, with the use of a compacting mold consisting of a die, a core rod inserted into the central part inside a die hole of the die, an upper punch, and a lower punch, this manufacturing method employs the mold having a salient at least on one part of the surfaces of an inner circumferential part, a thick-wall central part, and an outer circumferential part of the upper and/or lower punches, wherein the salient of the upper punch or the lower punch used for the secondary compression molding is equal to or larger than that used for the primary compression molding.
