PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer alloy which comprises at least two resins, is useful for a structural material by taking advantages of its excellent mechanical properties and for a functional material by taking advantages of its excellent regularity, has a finely controllable structure, and has a sufficiently developed concentration-difference between two phases in its structure. SOLUTION: This polymer alloy is obtained by the phase separation by a spinodal decomposition and comprises at least two resins. In the early stage of the spinodal decomposition, after forming a two-phase continual structure having a structure interval of 0.001-0.1μm, another two-phase continual structure having a structure interval of 0.01-1μm or a dispersion structure having a distance between particles of 0.01-1μm is furthermore developed.
