PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheetlike resin and an article comprising the same. SOLUTION: The sheetlike resin is obtained by stretching a thermoplastic resin composition prepared by compounding 0.1-20 pts.wt. of a modified vinyl polymer (C) having at least one functional group consisting of a carboxyl group, an epoxy group, an amino group and an amide group with 100 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin containing 10-90 pts.wt. of a rubber reinforced styrenic resin (A) and 10-90 pts.wt. of a saturated polyester resin (B).
