PURPOSE: Provided is a water treatment apparatus using microorganism prepared by recycling waste vinyl. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an oil-water separation tank(110) for removing oils from raw wastewater, an equalization basin(120) for adjusting flow rate of oil-separated wastewater, a coagulation tank(130) for coagulating suspended solids, organic particulate and phosphorous particulate using low basicity inorganic coagulant, a mixing basin for mixing the wastewater and the low basicity inorganic coagulant, a denitrification tank(140) for continuously digesting and denitrifying the wastewater under anaerobic condition, an aeration tank(150) for culturing microorganisms using organic materials in the wastewater transferred from the denitrification tank(140) as culture medium in the presence of dissolved oxygen, a microorganism media(160) filled in the aeration tank(150) for attaching microorganisms thereto, a sedimentation tank(170) for coagulating contaminants in the treated water of the aeration tank(150) using a high basicity inorganic coagulant and settling sludge generated by coagulation, a filtration tank(180) for filtrating the effluent water of the sedimentation tank(170) using activated carbon fiber filter, and a sludge return pipe(190) for returning a portion of the sludge of the sedimentation tank(170) to the denitrification tank(140) and the aeration tank(150).
