PURPOSE: A method for regenerating an old water supply pipe is provided to remove impurities from the inside of the pipe without excavating the ground, and to improve the strength of the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A method for regenerating an old water supply pipe comprises the steps of: forming working areas at regular intervals(100); washing the inside of the pipe by a high-pressure water(110); scraping impurities from the inside of the pipe(120); removing water from the pipe(130); inserting a cleaning ball into the pipe, and removing remaining water and impurities from the inside of the pipe(140); applying cement mortar to the inside of the pipe(150); covering both ends of the pipe tightly, and curing the cement mortar by hot water(160); drying the inside of the pipe(170); coating the inside of the pipe with a coating material(180); and connecting the pipes by using a connecting unit(190).
