摘要 FIELD: constructional material technology, chemical technology, namely cellular-carcass material with open-pore structure and process for making it, particularly heterogeneous catalytic production such as oil refining, rectification in packing towers, heat exchange apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in catalytic purifiers of exhaust gases of internal combustion engines, fine refining of hydrogen for fuel elements on base of proton-exchange membranes. Invention allows to produce material with cellular-carcass foam like structure characterized with rather open pores and low gas-/hydrodynamic resistance and to realize method for making such material including at least binary composition of mutually contacting metallic and oxide-dielectric fragments forming cellular structure in which cells cross in such a way that to form large number mutually connected different-size sinuous cavities providing volume of structure in which relation of volumes of free cavities and wall material is in range 1:1 - 8:1. Composition of carcass includes nickel, cobalt, ferrum or their alloys in combination with non-reduced refractory oxides such as Al2O3,Gr2O3,La2O3,ZrO2 or their mixtures and in combination with MgO, CaO, MnO2, SiO2 of general formula MenOm where n = 1,2,3 and m = 3,4,5 taken in volumetric relation in range 2:1 - 1:5. Method for making material according to invention comprises steps of impregnating blank of reticulated polyurethane with fluidic slip having as one component organic matter - binder; dewatering slip for further heat treatment of primary multicomponent structure; using as second component of slip oxides or hydroxides easily reduced to d-metal and selected from NiO, Co2O3,Fe3O4,Ni(OH)2,Co(OH)3,Fe(OH)3, dielectric oxides such as Al2O3,Cr2O3,La2O3,ZrO2 or their mixtures or combinations with MgO, CaO, MnO2,SiO2; performing dewatering of prepared sample at temperature 100 - 400 C and at further heating until 1300 C in reduction atmosphere at total time interval of two stages no more than 2 h and soaking at 1300 - 1450 C during sintering stage realized also in reduction atmosphere for 5 -10 h.
