摘要 PURPOSE: A laser-induced detecting device for epifluorescence is provided to improve concentration efficiency by using an elliptical, spherical or cylindrical reflector, and to maximize emission efficiency of fluorescence by using effective energy of incident rays with installing a light feedback module. CONSTITUTION: A laser-induced detecting device for epifluorescence is composed of a light source(21) radiating a laser beam; an incidence filter(22) exciting light from the light source; a sample control unit controlling the position of the sample receiving light from the incidence filter; an elliptical reflector(23) reflecting fluorescence from the sample and diffused light of the incident ray; a condenser(25) collecting light through the sample; a spatial filter(26) having a pinhole for removing noise from light reflected from the elliptical reflector and light from the condenser; a collimator(27) converting light from the spatial filter into the parallel beam; a fluorescence filter(28) filtering excitation light through the collimator and passing the pure fluorescence; and a photo detector(29) converting the light from the fluorescence filter into the electric signal.
