<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to download a call incoming melody of desired song, etc., approximately in real time. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution server 14 that distributes musical data of song to be broadcasted at a broadcasting station to a terminal is provided with a musical information data base 18 that stores the musical data of the song with information specifying the song, a progress table storage part 34 that stores a program progress table at least including a broadcasting time and the information specifying the song of the song to be broadcasted at the broadcasting station and a DB retrieval part 40 that acquires the information specifying the song by referring to the program process table in response to a download request including a parameter indicating the broadcasting time from a portable terminal and retrieves a song information data base based on the information specifying the song. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
