<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content live delivery device having functions capable of performing a content live delivery even if the user of a media delivery device or encode device has no streaming knowledge, and performing an automatic live delivery processing only by designating the issue of live delivery reservation information registered in a media delivery device in advance by an operator when performing a live delivery. <P>SOLUTION: The user of the encode device 2 registers live delivery reservation information in a media delivery device 1, and the media delivery device 1 retains the live delivery reservation information. By transmitting the live delivery reservation information to the encode device 2, the encode device 2 performs an automatic start of live delivery based on the live delivery reservation information.
