<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio unit for reducing a time loss accompanied with a change at transmission and reception sections. <P>SOLUTION: The radio unit changes first transmission and reception sections and second transmission and reception sections, where a symbol rate is lower than the first transmission and reception sections according to a line state.
