INJECTION-MOLDED ARTICLE HAVING SURFACE PATTERN AND MADE OF FIBER REINFORCED THERMOPLASTIC RESIN AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding of a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin which has a design pattern on the surface of the molded plane, and to provide a method for manufacturing a molding made of a fiber reinforced thermoplastic which method can provide such a pattern on the surface of the molding easily and in a short period of time. SOLUTION: There is provided an injection-molded article made of a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin, article in which the content of the reinforcing fiber is in the range of 1-50 wt.% and the surface of which has an arithmetical mean surface roughness Rmax(cut-off value: 2.5 mm) stipulated in JIS B0601 (1994) in the range of 1-10μm and is provided with a convex-concave pattern having a depth or a height of within 3 mm.
