PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer contextual data without requiring prior knowledge mutually between a plurality of arbitrary components. SOLUTION: The contextual data can include an executable computer language command, a type of component or its user type, an operating status, an ID, a location, a administrative domain, or environmental information. A system includes a set of arbitrary components related to one or a plurality of universal interfaces. The one or a plurality of universal interfaces can include a mobile code, a contextual interface, a notification interface, a user interface, and a data source interface. A first component has at least one universal context interface. A second component actuates the universal contextual interface to execute a related command for transferring the contextual data between the first component and the second component.
