PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device enabling a person to easily, quickly and surely obtain a desired content. SOLUTION: When an URL character string is inputted by a user, and the data information downloaded from the URL designation is network information, the received network information is newly stored in an abbreviation URL database file 116A after entirely deleting the abbreviation URL database file 116A (S1-S4). The network information in the file 116A is automatically updated every preset date (S5: YES).
